The picture above portrays a potbellied man who is measuring his waistline. I hope this image will not become one of mine in ten years from now. I still practise a practical dieting habit which ensures that my waistline does not expand until I cannot see my toe while standing on a health scale. When I heard the news of men passing away at early forties due to health complications such as heart attack, diabetes, high blood pressure, it makes me more worried. I am just 39 years old and there are lots of things that I have not achieved. Whatever it is, let Allah dispose, we just propose.
